I don’t smash up the shop, or steal things, or even scream and shout at the staff.
Doing that wouldn’t make me a customer – I’d be a vandal or a thief or just an arsehole.
No, I’m worse than any of those.
I’m intolerant of error. I am demanding. And worst of all, I’m really happy to share my opinions.
